Since we have different roles available and some of our roles involve working with the youth our induction process may differ for those wanting to volunteer for our workshops, or just helping us run the shop, We first look over your CV, then depending on the role you apply for we will need to carry out a DBS check, we will then email you our application form to fill out and then email back to us, and if successful we will arrange an informal interview where you will need to bring a reference from a previous emplyer and also a professional character reference.
